Family and Youth Faith Formation & Catechesis of the Good Shepherd Registration

Holy Rosary parish offers Faith Formation for children ages 3 through 11th grade. Our goal is to engage and involve the whole family in their relationship with Jesus Christ and the Church by providing opportunities to discover the beauty, truth and goodness of our Catholic faith.

Faith Formation for Families, Children and Youth

Ages 3-6 – Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (CGS) – Tuesdays, 3:30-5:00pm from September – April; session is capped at 10 children

Kindergarten – 5th grade – “A Family of Faith” (Family Faith Formation) – Typically the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays from October – April

*1st Wednesday of the month – 5:45-6:15pm, Snacks & Social / 6:15-7:15pm, Parents & Children are separated for catechesis and activities

*3rd Wednesday of the month (typically) – Family Community Nights (all grades) – 5:45-6:30pm, Meal / 6:30-7:15pm, Activity & Prayer Experience

6th – 7th grade – Faith Formation EDGE Nights – Wednesdays from September – April

*5:45-6:15pm, Feeding the Faith Meal / 6:15-7:30pm, Small Group Faith Formation

*3rd Wednesday of the month (typically) – Family Community Nights (all grades) – 5:45-6:30pm, Meal / 6:30-7:15pm, Activity & Prayer Experience

8th, 9th, 10th & 11th grade – Faith Formation – Wednesdays from September – April

*6:15-6:35, Feeding the Faith Meal / 6:30-8pm, Small Group Faith Formation

*3rd Wednesday of the month (typically) – Family Community Nights (all grades) – 5:45-6:30pm, Meal / 6:30-7:15pm, Activity & Prayer Experience

To register for Wednesday evening Family & Youth Faith Formation and/or Catechesis of the Good Shepherd, please complete the registration form below and click “completed” at the bottom. Once you submit your completed form you will have the opportunity to pay online via your credit card, debit card or bank account with our secure connection through WeShare. You may also pay at the parish office with cash or check. The parish office is open Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM and Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (CGS) is offered for 3-6 year old children on Tuesdays from 3:30-5pm

MEDICAL

In the event it comes to the attention of the employees/volunteers of Holy Rosary Catholic Church that my child needs immediate medical needs and either parent CANNOT be reached, I give permission for the Holy Rosary staff to call Emergency Medical Services. If not checked, we consider it no permission.
Holy Rosary may call EMS if needed.

PHOTOGRAPHS

I give permission for my child/children to be photgraphed during the Faith Formation year. Photos may be used for the parish website, parish social media and communication sent out by the parish.

Feeding the Faith Meals for 6th-11th grade youth (Wednesdays, 5:45-6:35pm)

Cost

Once you hit Submit Registration, you will be redirected to our online giving platform. Step 1: Select One-Time Payment. Step 2: Enter the amount owed: 1 Child = $40; 2 Children = $80; 3 Children+ = $100; There is an extra fee for sacrament prep: 2nd Grade Reconciliation & Eucharist: $40; 11th Grade Confirmation: $40; Step 3: Select Faith Formation Fee from the drop down menu. Step 4: Enter payment information Step 5: Hit “Submit”

2nd Grade and 11th Grade students have an additional $40 Sacramental fee.

Payment

Click below to be redirected to pay online. You may also make payment and register for CGS and/or Faith Formation classes at the parish office. The parish office is open Monday-Thursday from 8am-4pm and Fridays from 8am-2pm. The parish office will accept checks and cash. No child is turned away from enrolling in CGS or Faith Formation class because of financial hardship. Please contact Fr.
