Faith Formation Registration & Calendar

Faith Formation is offered for children ages 4 through 11th grade on Wednesday evenings. Our goal is to help parents in their role as their children’s primary educator in faith. We do this by leading children and teens to be disciples of Jesus Christ through instruction of Catholic beliefs and traditions, participating in prayer and the sacraments and providing opportunities to share and live out the Gospel message.

Faith Formation classes for Age 4-6th grade are held on Wednesdays from 6:00-7:15pm

Faith Formation classes for 7th-11th grade are held on Wednesdays from 6:30-7:45pm

To register for Faith Formation, fill out the registration form below and click “completed” at the bottom. Once you submit your completed form you will have the opportunity to pay online via your credit card, debit card or bank account with our secure connection through WeShare. In the event it comes to the attention of the employees/volunteers of Holy Rosary Catholic Church that my child needs immediate medical needs and either parent CANNOT be reached, I give permission for the Holy Rosary staff to call Emergency Medical Services
Holy Rosary may call EMS if needed.

PHOTOGRAPHS

I give permission for my child/children to be photgraphed during the Faith Formation year. Photos may be used for the parish website, parish social media and communication sent out by the parish.
I give permission for Holy Rosary to use my child's picture for publication
