Faith Formation Registration & Calendar

Holy Rosary offers faith formation for children ages 3 through 11th grade. Our goal is to help parents in their role as their child’s primary educators in the faith. We do this by leading children and teens to be disciples of Jesus Christ through instruction of Catholic beliefs and traditions, participating in prayer and the sacraments and providing opportunities to share and live out the Gospel message.

Faith Formation at Holy Rosary for Children and Teens:

Catechesis of the Good Shepherd – Tuesdays, 9:30-11:00am (ages 3-6) – begins September 17; session capped at 10 students

Catechesis of the Good Shepherd – Thursdays, 3:45-5:15pm (ages 3-6) – begins September 19; session capped at 10 students

Catechesis of the Good Shepherd / Faith Formation – Wednesdays, 6:00-7:15pm – age 3 – 6th grade – begins September 11

Faith Formation – Wednesdays, 6:30-7:45pm – 7th – 11th grade – begins September 11  

Please note that Catechesis of the Good Shepherd will take the place of the classroom model of preschool faith formation that we offered in the past for Faith Formation on Wednesday evenings. 

To register your child for the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd atrium or for Faith Formation classes, please complete the Faith Formation registration form below and click “completed” at the bottom. Once you submit your completed form you will have the opportunity to pay online via your credit card, debit card or bank account with our secure connection through WeShare. MEDICAL

In the event it comes to the attention of the employees/volunteers of Holy Rosary Catholic Church that my child needs immediate medical needs and either parent CANNOT be reached, I give permission for the Holy Rosary staff to call Emergency Medical Services. If not checked, we consider it no permission.
Holy Rosary may call EMS if needed.

PHOTOGRAPHS

I give permission for my child/children to be photgraphed during the Faith Formation year. Photos may be used for the parish website, parish social media and communication sent out by the parish.

Cost

Once you hit Submit Registration, you will be redirected to our online giving platform. Step 1: Select One-Time Payment. Step 2: Enter the amount owed: 1 Child = $40; 2 Children = $80; 3 Children+ = $100; There is an extra fee for sacrament prep: 2nd Grade Reconciliation & Eucharist: $40; 11th Grade Confirmation: $40; Step 3: Select Faith Formation Fee from the drop down menu. Step 4: Enter payment information Step 5: Hit “Submit”

Sacramental Fees(Required)
2nd Grade and 11th Grade students have an additional $40 Sacramental fee.

Payment

Click below to be redirected to pay online. You may also make payment and register for CGS and Faith Formation classes at the parish office. The parish office is open Monday-Thursday from 8am-5pm and Fridays from 8am-2pm. The parish office will accept checks and cash. No child is turned away from enrolling in CGS or Faith Formation class because of financial hardship. Please contact Fr.
