Faith Formation

Faith Formation (religious education) classes are offered for children ages 4 through 11th grade on Wednesday evenings. Our goal is to help parents in their role as their child’s primary educator in the faith. We do this by leading children and teens to be disciples of Jesus Christ through instruction of Catholic beliefs and traditions, participation in prayer and the sacraments and providing opportunities to share and live out the Gospel message.

Faith Formation classes for PK (age 4) -11th grade are held on Wednesdays from 6:30-7:45pm.

MEDICAL

In the event it comes to the attention of the employees/volunteers of Holy Rosary Catholic Church that my child needs immediate medical needs and either parent CANNOT be reached, I give permission for the Holy Rosary staff to call Emergency Medical Services. If not checked, we consider it no permission.
Holy Rosary may call EMS if needed.

PHOTOGRAPHS

I give permission for my child/children to be photgraphed during the Faith Formation year. Photos may be used for the parish website, parish social media and communication sent out by the parish.

Cost

Once you hit Submit Registration, you will be redirected to our online giving platform. Step 1: Select One-Time Payment. Step 2: Enter the amount owed: 1 Child = $40; 2 Children = $80; 3 Children+ = $100; There is an extra fee for sacrament prep: 2nd Grade Reconciliation & Eucharist: $40; 11th Grade Confirmation: $40; Step 3: Select Faith Formation Fee from the drop down menu. 2nd Grade and 11th Grade students have an additional $40 Sacramental fee.

Payment

Click below to be redirected to pay online. You may also make payment and register for CGS and/or Faith Formation classes at the parish office. The parish office is open Monday-Thursday from 8am-4pm and Fridays from 8am-2pm. The parish office will accept checks and cash. No child is turned away from enrolling in CGS or Faith Formation class because of financial hardship. Please contact Fr.
