Together, we’re empowering Catholic men to live their faith at home, in their parish, at work and in their community.

Our History

Founded on the principles of charity, unity and fraternity, the Knights of Columbus was established in 1882 by Father Michael J. McGivney, assistant pastor of St. Mary’s Church in New Haven, Conn., and a group of parishioners. Their intent? To bring financial aid and assistance to the sick, disabled and needy members and their families.

Today, Father McGivney is being considered for sainthood.

The Knights of Columbus is a fraternal organization for men 18 years and older. We share a desire to be better husbands, fathers, sons, neighbors, and roll models. Our goals are to put charity and community first. There are 4 degrees of Knights

Holy Rosary houses council 3166. We were founded in 1948 by Alfred Johnson who served as our first Grand Knight.

What We Do

Council 3166 provides a Knights mass on the 5th Sunday at 11am.

We also hold a charitable event the first Sunday of every month. The pancake/French toast breakfast is held from 8am – 12:30pm in the parish center. All are welcomed.
